ORDER:
1. In continuation of the orders issued vide proceedings cited under reference, all the  District Educational Officers, DIET Principals and Project Officers of SSA in the State are  informed that the trainings at Mandal level in all three subjects i.e., Telugu, Mathematics and  English shall be conducted for 5-days from 3rd August 2015 onwards.

In view of this, the following guidelines are communicated for smooth conduct of In-service training programmes.

1. Type of Training Programmes:
Training programmes shall be conducted in 3 subject areas i.e., Telugu, English and  Mathematics at Primary level in classes I-V with a duration of five days each.

2. Mode of Trainings:
The Training programmes will be conducted at two levels in a cascade mode. First level  for DRGs at State Level by SRGs and second level for teachers at Mandal level by DRGs.

3. Allotment of DRGs :
· DRGs shall be allotted @ two for each training centre at mandal level in the concerned  subjects.
· If DRGs are more than the requirement, they may be allotted on rotation basis.
· In case the DRGs are not sufficient, the services of SRGs may be utilized.

4. Deputation of Teachers to Training Programmes:
· Single teachers shall be exempted from the training programme in this phase. A separate  session will be conducted to these teachers.
· If there are two teachers in a school, they shall be deputed to Telugu and Mathematics  trainings @ one to each training.
· In case of three teachers, they shall be deputed to all the three trainings @ one for each to  Telugu, English and Mathematics based on the subjects teaching by them in their   respective schools.
· If the number of teachers is more than three, the additional teachers shall be deputed to  the training in related subjects keeping in view the subjects being taught by them in the   schools.
· However all the teachers (except single teacher) shall undergo 5-day training programme
in any subject. No teacher shall be exempted from training programme in any  circumstances except on health grounds.

5. Conduct of Trainings:
· Trainings of teachers of a particular mandal shall be conducted in that mandal only.
· The MEOs of concerned mandals where the training programmes are to be conducted    shall be the Course Directors. They shall present in the centers every day till the  completion and provide guidance to the DRGs to ensure proper conduct of trainings.
· Training programmes shall be completed as per as possible in 6 spells in all the districts  in the State. Based on the no. of Teachers working in each school, the no. of spells  required for each subject shall be calculated.
· School wise list of teachers with the details of subjects teaching shall be obtained and  spell wise list of teachers to be deputed for the training has to be prepared well in  advance and communicated to schools to avoid disturbance in deputation of teachers.
· No school shall be closed during the training programmes in any circumstances. To  ensure this, the trainings in Telugu and Mathematics subjects should not be conducted in  the same period in any mandal.
· The number of participants should not exceed 50 per spell to ensure effective conduct of training programme.
· As the trainings are proposed to be held from 3rd August 2015, the MEOs of the mandals where the trainings are planned in first round shall convene a meeting with DRGs  on 2nd August 2015 to plan and make arrangements for the training programme.
· Proper arrangements for seating of participants and drinking water facility shall be made  in all the training centers.
· As far as possible, all the trainings shall be conducted in MRC. If it is not possible due  some problems, a school located in Mandal headquarters with good accommodation and  facilities may be chosen for conduct of training programme.
· No leave shall be sanctioned either to SRG or DRG till the completion of training  programmes.
· If DRGs / SRGs drawn from a double teacher school, the CRP of nearby school complex  shall be deputed to that particular school till the completion of training programmes to  avoid detrimental to regular teaching learning process. The CRP who are deputed shall be  paid Rs. 150/- per day during the period of deputation from SSA provision as was done  previous year. The PO of SSA shall take necessary action in this regard.
· If the number of mandals / centers in a district is 60 or more, the following model may be  planned to organize the trainings.


The above model is only suggestive. The DIET Principals shall plan the number of  spells and training programmes based on the number of mandals and teachers in the  districts.
· The number of double teacher Primary schools / sections is more than 50 in a mandal,  2 spells each in Telugu and Mathematics shall be conducted deputing the teachers  equally.

6. Release and Utilization of Funds
·The Principals of DIETs shall be release the required funds to the concerned MEOs based  on the number of teachers and spells planned in the districts. The MEOs shall utilize the  funds as per the financial norms enclosed.

7. Training Modules
· It is decided to provide three modules i.e., Telugu, English and Mathematics to every  school irrespective of the strength of teachers.
· These modules shall be given to the teachers on the first day of the training programme.
· The modules shall be got printed at District level and send to mandal points by 31 st July  2015 for distribution to teachers during the training programme.

8. Monitoring
· Monitoring teams comprising Sectoral Officers of SSA, SRGs and DIET faculty shall be    constituted for regular monitoring of training programmes. Each team shall visit 3 to 4  mandals everyday in the district. Number of teams required shall be decided based on the  training spells.
· State level officers of SSA and SCERT shall also visit the mandals during the training  programme.

9. Documentation
·
The Principals of DIETs shall prepare a comprehensive documentation on the training  programme and furnish to SCERT immediately after completion of all the trainings. The  documentation shall include Photographs, Paper Clippings, Mandal wise targets and  achievements analysis on the feedback of teachers, attendance details etc. In addition the  Principals of DIETs shall also submit Bills and Vouchers of funds utilized and Pre Test  and Post Test details.

10. Reporting
·
The training centers coordinators and MEOs shall furnish the attendance of teachers after  completion of each spell. The DIETs in-turn shall submit the consolidation of district  report to SCERT.
Hence they are requested to conduct the training programmes as per the schedule duly following the above mentioned guidelines. The Principals of DIETs shall be the overall  in-charges in conduct of training programmes. The DEOs and POs SSA shall coordinate with the  concerned Principals of DIETs in completion of the task.

2. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord
sanction for Enhancement of remuneration to the Tutors in Backward Classes
Hostels from Rs.500/- per month to Rs.1500/- per month per subject.

3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account of “2225-03-277-
00-SH(07)-280/284 and incur the same from the B.E. Provision 2015-16 in
relaxation of Quarterly regulations.

4. The Director (FAC), Backward Classes Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action in the matter.

ORDER:
1. The Section-78 A of A.P.Education Act,1982 has been amended through the
reference read above. Accordingly, the age for superannuation of teaching and
non-teaching staff working in aided private Educational institutions has been raised from 58 years to 60 years. The Act 1 of 2015 comes into force from the date of publication in the Gazette i.e from 3rd January 2015. As per proviso incorporated through above amendment, the interregnum period i.e from the 2nd June 2014 to the date of publication of the A.P. Education (Amendment) Act, 2014, should be treated in such manner, as may be prescribed.

2. Accordingly, after careful examination of the entire matter, Government have
decided and hereby order to treat the interregnum period i.e from 02.06.2014 to
02.01.2015 as leave to which employee is eligible, and in case no leave is due, the period be treated as Extra-Ordinary Leave.

1. In the reference 1st cited orders were issued implementing Revised Pay Scales, 2015 to all Government employees including Local Body and Aided Institutions; employees. In the reference 2nd to 4th read above, viz., orders were issued relating to Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowances in the Revised Pay Scales 2015.

2. Consequent to issue of orders in the reference 1st read above, Government hereby clarify that the existing Special Pays and Allowances admissible in 2010 Pay Scales, sanctioned by specific Government Orders shall be continued at the existing rates in Revised Pay Scales, 2015 until further orders.

బాలకార్మిక (నిషేధం, నియంత్రణ) చట్టం 1986కు కొన్ని సవరణలు చేయటానికి మే 13న కేబినెట్ సమావేశం తీర్మానించింది. ఆ మేరకు రాబోయే పార్లమెంటు సమావేశాల్లో బిల్లుపెట్టే అవకాశం ఉంది. ప్రతిపాదిత సవరణలలో బాల్యాన్ని బలిచేసే అంశాలు రెండు ఉన్నాయి.

14 ఏళ్ళ పైబడి 18 ఏళ్ళ ప్రాయం వరకు 'కౌమారపిల్లలు' (అడోల్సెంట్స్)గా నిర్వచిస్తూ మరో సవరణ చేర్చబడింది. బడికి పోవాల్సిన 14 ఏళ్ల లోపు బాలలు ఎలాంటి వృత్తుల్లోనూ పాల్గొనకుండా నిషేధిస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పింది.
కానీ, పాఠశాలేతర సమయాల్లో, సెలవుదినాల్లో కుటుంబానికి సహాయంగా పొలం పనులు, ఇంటిపనులు, అటవీ ఉత్పత్తుల సేకరణ, సాంకేతిక సంస్థల్లో పాల్గొనవచ్చునని వివరించింది.
టీవీ సీరియల్స్, వినోదాత్మక కార్యక్రమాల్లో, వ్యాపార ప్రకటనల్లో కూడా పాల్గొనవచ్చని చెప్పింది.
ఇక 14-18 సంవత్సరాల కౌమారులు గనులు, ప్రేలుళ్లు వంటి ప్రమాదకరమైన పనులు తప్ప మిగిలిన వాటిలో పాల్గొనవచ్చని అనుమతించింది.
చదువుకుంటూ కుటుంబానికి చేయూతనివ్వటానికే ఈ సవరణ లక్ష్యమని ప్రభుత్వం చెబుతోంది.
పేద కుటుంబాల పిల్లలు ఇంటి పనులు, వంట పనులు, పొలం పనులు, హోటళ్లలో, మెకానిక్ షెడ్లలో పనులు చేస్తూ ఉండటం వల్లనే చదువుకోలేకపోతున్నారనే సమస్యకు ఇదా పరిష్కారం?
కుటుంబ సంబంధిత పనుల్లో పాల్గొనవచ్చని ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పాలా?
అందుకు ప్రత్యేకంగా చట్టం తేవాలా?
పాఠశాలేతర సమయాల్లో పనులు చేసుకుని బతకాలని ప్రభుత్వమే చెబితే బాలల సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధికి అవసరమైన ఆటలు, పాటలు, వినోద కార్యక్రమాలు, సాంఘిక సమాజంలో పాల్గొనాల్సిన అవసరం లేదా? నెలకూ రూ.5 వేల ఆదాయం కూడా లేని కుటుంబాలు 74 శాతం ఉన్నట్లు,
రోజుకు రూ.33లు కూడా ఖర్చుపెట్టుకోలేని దారిద్య్రంలో మగ్గిపోతున్న వారు కోట్లాదిమంది ఉన్నట్లు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి తెలియందేమీ కాదే.
అలాంటి కుటుంబాల పిల్లలు బడివేళలో కూడా పనికి పోతేనే కదా పొట్టగడిచేది.
బడి ఈడు పిల్లల పనితో నిమిత్తం లేకుండా పేద కుటుంబాల బ్రతుకుతెరువుకు భరోసా కల్పించగలిగితే విద్యాహక్కును వినియోగించుకునే మార్గం సుగమం కాగలదు.
అది కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల బాధ్యత.
దానిని విస్మరించి ఉచిత సలహాలతో ఎన్ని చట్టాలు తెచ్చినా ఏమి లాభం?
బాల కార్మిక చట్టానికి ఇలాంటి సవరణలు ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నట్లు?
ప్రభుత్వం చేసే చట్టాలు, చేస్తున్న చర్యలు పెట్టుబడిదారులు, కార్పొరేట్ల మేలు కోసమేననేది అందరికీ తెలిసిందే.
కార్మిక చట్టాల సవరణలు అయినా, పారిశ్రామిక వివాదాల చట్టాలకు సవరణలు అయినా, బాల కార్మిక చట్టానికి సవరణలు అయినా అందుకోసమే.
ప్రధానమంత్రి, ముఖ్యమంత్రులూ దేశదేశాలు తిరిగి పెట్టుబడిదారులకు, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు సకల సౌకర్యాలూ సమకూరుస్తామని చెబుతున్న వాటిలో సబ్సిడితో భూమి, నీరు, విద్యుత్తు, రవాణా మార్గాలతో పాటు చౌకగా శ్రామికులనూ సరఫరా చేస్తామనేది ఉంది.
కర్మాగారాలు, పరిశ్రమలు, కంపెనీల్లో పెద్దవారితో పాటు పిల్లలు కూడా కొన్ని అనుబంధ పనుల్లో పాల్గొనే అవకాశాలు కల్పించబడతాయి.
తద్వారా తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో అధిక లాభాలు పోగేసుకునేందుకు కార్పొరేట్లకు బాలల శ్రమను వెచ్చించటమే కాగలదు. ప్రధాని చెబుతున్న 'మేక్ ఇన్ ఇండియా'లో ఇవన్నీ దాగివున్న రహస్యాలు.
స్వామి కార్యంతో పాటు స్వకార్యమూ నెరవేర్చుకునే కుతంత్రం బాలకార్మిక చట్ట సవరణలో దాగి ఉన్నది. చాలా కుటుంబాల్లో పిల్లలు తల్లిదండ్రులతో పాటు వృత్తిపనుల్లో పాల్గొంటూ ఉంటారు.
అందుకు పిల్లల్ని అలవాటు చేయాలనే లక్ష్యం కోసమే సవరణ చేస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పబడింది.
చెప్పుల తయారీ,
వడ్రంగం,
కుండల తయారీ,
బుట్టలు అల్లటం,
చేపలు పట్టటం,
బట్టలు ఉతకటం,
పశువులు కాయడం,
కలుపు తీయటం,
పంటచేలల్లో పనిచేయటం వంటివి కులవృత్తులేగా!
సంపన్నుల బిడ్డలు ఇలాంటి పనులు చేస్తారా?
కనుక కులవృత్తులను ప్రోత్సహించి బిజెపి మూల సిద్ధాంతమైన వర్ణవ్యవస్థ,
మనుధర్మశాస్త్రాన్ని బలపర్చుకోవటానికే దారితీస్తుంది.
కేంద్రం తలపెట్టిన సవరణలను పార్లమెంటు ఆమోదిస్తే దేశవ్యాప్తంగా బాలకార్మికత ఇంకా పెరుగుతుంది. దళిత, గిరిజన, తదితర పేదల పిల్లలు చదువుకు మరింత దూరమవుతారు.
డ్రాపవుట్స్ ప్రబలుతాయి.
ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య భారీగా పడిపోతుంది.
విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం 'ఏనుగు మింగిన వెలగపండులా' మిగిలిపోతుంది.
బాలల హక్కుల కోసం ఇంతకాలం చేసిన ఉద్యమాలన్నీ బూడిదలో పోసిన పన్నీరుగా వృథా అవుతాయి. కనుక బాలల భవితను దెబ్బతీసే ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలను ప్రతిఘటించాలి.
పిల్లలు చదువుకుంటూ పనులు చేసుకోవచ్చనే సవరణలను ఉపసంహరించాలని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖలు, మెయిల్స్, ట్వీట్స్ పంపాలి.
బిల్లుకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఓటు చేయాలని పార్లమెంటు సభ్యులకు విజ్ఞప్తులు చేయాలి.
బాల్యాన్ని బలిచేసే బిజెపి ప్రభుత్వ దుర్మార్గాన్ని అన్ని విధాలా అడ్డుకోవాలి.

Problems arising in PRC BILLS of AP

Sir, PRC online చేయునపుడు గుర్తించిన సమస్యలు :

1. July, 2013తేది తర్వాత stepup +annual increment వలన ఒకేసారి రెండు increments చూపించాలంటె వీలుకాలేదు. (example: July 2013 నా basic rs.15280 November basic rs.15700 annual increment+stepup increment 16150 )

2 . December 2012 promotion వచ్చినపుడు fr22 (i) ప్రకారం ఒక increment తీసుకొని November, 2012 increment date కు annual increment + fr22(b) promotion increment కలిపి 2 increments చూపించాలంటె వీలుకాలేదు

3.CPS teachers 10%deduction చూపడం లేదు.

4. July,2013 తేది తర్వాత apprantice పూర్తిచేసిన వారు PRC online Software లో increment option ఉన్నదని సంతోషించిన. ..కాని July,2013తేది నాటికి basis చూపించాలంటుంది ...increment option తీసుకోవట్లేదు దీని వలన apprantice teachers 3 increments కోల్పోతారు?

5 .PRC bills update అవుతున్న కొన్ని download కాపడం లేదు మరి దీనికి పరిష్కారం.

Detailed Instructions to Head Masters to Prepare time table for U.P, High Schools in AP as per Rc.279, Dt 7.7.15

Instructions to Headmasters of Upper Primary and High Schools

All the headmasters of High schools and Upper Primary schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh follow the guidelines while preparation and implementation of Time table.

*  The Headmasters of Upper Primary and High Schools prepare timetable based on number of teachers available and number of sections in the school.

*  Headmaster should follow Weightage of Periods as mentioned in the academic calendar.

*  Workload should be distributed equally among the teachers. 

*  Value education, Art education, Work education, library book reading-is consisting of  total 28 periods in classes VI and VII and 33 periods in classes VIII to X should be equally distributed to all the teachers in order to maintain equal workload except Maths, Social and Physical education teachers.

*  Priority should be given to the teacher’s interest for co-curricular areas allotment. Headmaster may decide co-curricular areas allotment.

*  Biological Science teacher – teach VI class Science and 1 Lab period.

*  Physical Science teacher – teach VII class Science and 1 Lab period.

*  Where ever  Vocational Education is in force and vocational Instructors are available, the Head Master is instructed to allot 5 Vocational Education periods by using  periods allotted to  work Education, Value Education, Library period etc.,

*  If Physical Science teacher having Mathematics in degree and mathematics methodology in B.Ed. may be allotted class VI mathematics.

*  In Upper Primary schools Workload should be distributed equally among the teachers irrespective of SGT or School Assistant. Language pandit/ Language school Assistant must teach his /her concern subject from class IV onwards. In the same way Non Language School Assistant also teach primary subjects where ever necessary to maintain equal distribution of work load.

Order:
1. In the references read above, orders were issued for fixation of pay in the Revised Pay Scales - 2015. After a careful review of the progress in this matter, the Government has decided to make available an updated mechanism for fixation of Pay in the Revised Scales of Pay 2015 and process the arrear claims expeditiously and accordingly instruct that the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) shall undertake fixation of Pay of the employees and process the arrear claims through the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) of the Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts in respect of those employees whose data cannot be uploaded in e-Nidhi Portal on or before July 09, 2015.

However, the existing facility of e-Nidhi will continue to be available for further processing of PRC claims in respect of those employees whose data is available in e- Nidhi as on 08.07.2015. Accordingly, those who have already provided data in e-Nidhi will be paid in the revised pay scales through e-Nidhi and therefore the same need not be processed through HRMS.

2. The Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall register their details in e-Nidhi on or before July 20, 2015 and simultaneously log in to the HRMS package of the DTA Portal using their regular login Id and fill the data relating to all events that have relation to the drawl of arrears, in the data entry screens specially designed for the purpose in the package.

3. After completing the data entry, the DDOs should press the Final Submission Button provided therein and generate the bill in three parts – Part –I for the period from July 01, 2013 to June 01, 2014 for which the fixation is notional; Part – II for the period from June 02, 2014, to March 31, 2015 for which orders will be issued separately; and Part – III for the period from April 01, 2015 onwards payment shall be made in cash, duly making necessary deductions towards Professional Tax and the contribution towards Contributory Pension Scheme, wherever applicable as per the revised rates. The
DDOs then manually prepare the sanction proceedings/ orders duly obtaining the approval of the competent authority and attach copies of the same to the arrear pay bill generated through HRMS.

4. The Arrear Pay Bill along with the service register of the employee with upto date entries shall be sent to the Treasury/ PAO. The Treasury / PAO shall conduct audit of the bills duly following the normal procedure in passing the bills and with reference to the entries in the service register.

5. However, the instructions above are not applicable to the employees whose salary bills are presented to the Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P) / Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P), under the control of the Director of Works Accounts, AP. In respect of these employees, the DDOs shall process the cases manually and present the bills following the normal procedure.

6. The arrears amount admitted in audit shall be transferred directly to the bank account of the employee concerned through ECS / e-Payments mode.

7. All the Heads of Departments are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Departmental Officers under their control to follow the above instructions scrupulously and co-operate with the Audit Authorities.

ORDER:-
1. The District Collector, East Godavari District  in his letter read above has requested the Government to issue orders for Closure of Private/Govt. Educational Institutions situated in the limits of Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation, Rajahmundry (Rural) and in all villages where pushkaram Ghats are existing and all the Schools  which are requisitioned for parking places for making prior arrangement during the ensuing Godavari Pushkaram in East Godavari for utilization of Pilgrims etc for the period from 14.07.2015 to 25.07.2015 as issued in previous Pushkarams (2003).
2. The Government after careful examination of the matter here by direct that the Educational Institutions to the extent necessary may be ordered to be closed down from 14.07.2015 to 25.05.2015 by the respective District Collectors where the Godavari Maha Pushkarams 2015 takes place, by specially mentioning the names of the Schools/High Schools/ Junior Colleges etc. The Government also direct that these Educational Institutions should take up the working days lost, by compensating in subsequent months and this shall be monitored regularly by the Head of the Departments concerned.
3. The District Collectors concerned, the Heads of the Departments concerned are requested to ensure strict compliance of the above orders.

ఈ ఏడాది కూడా ఇదే ప్రాజెక్ట్ మళ్లీ నిర్వహించబోతున్నాం. ఈ సారి మరి కొన్ని కొత్త, సైన్స్ పుస్తకాలు ప్రచురించి పంపడం జరుగుతుంది.
ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ లో ఎవరైనా స్కూలు టీచర్లు పాల్గొని, పుస్తకాలు పిల్లలకి అందే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది. పుస్తకాలలోని అంశాలని టీచర్లు చదివి, పిల్లల చేత చదివించి, ఆ విషయాలు పిల్లలతో చర్చించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే బావుంటుంది. అలాంటి ఆసక్తి కల టీచర్లు ఎవరైనా ఉంటే నన్ను సంప్రదించవలసిందని మనవి.

The Project Officer of SSA in the State are informed that it isdecided to provide 2 pairs of uniforms to the students studying Classes I-VIII in the Aided Schools in the State.

They are requested to issue necessary instructions to the SMCs ofAided Schools in their Districts to place indent on APCO for supply ofuniform cloth as per the requirement. Necessary instructions will beissued shortly on payment of amount to the APCO and stitchers.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of SchoolEducation, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above. Government alter carefulexamination of the matter, have decided to amend the adhoc rules issued in the GO Is1 readabove, incorporating the Notc-2 under Rulc-5.

2. From the CCLA, AP, Hyderabad, D.O.Lr.No.C3/216/2015, dated: 11.06.2015. 

ORDER:
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter second read above, the following amendment is issued to para 3 (iii) of the G.O. first read above for issuance of Family Members Certificate to the Government employees/ General Public etc., for all purposes by the Tahsildars.

AMENDMENT 

The existing para 3 (iii) of the above G.O. shall be read as follows:
“The Aadhaar number / Aadhaar enrolment number of all family members shall be mentioned in the Family Member certificate. With regard to the deceased person, the Aadhaar number / Aadhaar enrolment number has to be mentioned in the certificate, if available”.

2. The model format of the Family Members Certificate to be issued by the Tahsildars concerned is annexed to this order.

3. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.

1. Andhra Pradesh Public  Employment  (Regulation of Age of Superannuation)  (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act 4 of 2014).

ORDER:
1. In the reference 1st read above, Government issued orders for enhancement of age of superannuation from 58 to 60 years to the Government employees in Andhra Pradesh by A.P.Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act 4 of 2014), duly amending section 3 of A.P. Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984.

2. In the reference 2nd and 4th read above, the Secretary, A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad has requested the Government for extension of the benefit of enhancement of age of superannuation from (58) to (60) years to the employees of A.P.R.E.I. Society, Hyderabad

3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby extend the benefit of the enhancement of age of superannuation from (58) to (60) years to the employees of the Andhra Pradesh mentioned in G.O. 3rd read above to serve the State of A.P. working in A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad and to the person working in the institutions located in the 13 Districts of Andhra Pradesh.

4. This orders will come into force with effect from the date of issue of the orders.

5. The Secretary, A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad shall take necessary action, accordingly.

6. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM-IV) Department vide their U.O.NO.4047/225/HRM. IV/2015, dated 17.06.2015.
