All MEO's/HM's should submit nomination form For Current Nominees in ZP Database forms

All HM's/MEO's should submit the ZPPF Nomination forms along with ZP Database forms for teachers those who want to change their previous Nominee(ie nominee option is current) in the following profarma. The Nomination form should be submitted in triplicate for each ZPPF subscriber. if the nominee option is old(ie if there is no change in old nominee) there is no need to submit the following ZPPF nomination form.
