PENSIONS – Recommendations of PRC 2010 –– Reckoning the
unabsorbed portion of personal pay in all cases, where the pay is
fixed beyond the maximum of the scale of pay, by treating the
amount over and above the maximum of the scale, as personal
pay either due to revision of scale or due to fixation of pay on
promotion / appointment to another post or due to allowing
higher scales under Automatic Advancement Scheme, as
emoluments for purpose of pension - Orders – Issued.
