All
the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to obtain the
information with regard to Aided Schools in the prescribed proforma i.e.
“SCHOOL INFORMATION FORM” appended in respect of Aided
Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools in their districts through the R.J.D's of School Education concerned. Also requested to verify
the above particulars thoroughly with the records available The
Inspecting Officers should verify the enrolment particulars furnished by the
concerned HM / Correspondent of the schools.
The Regional Joint Director of School
Education concerned should obtain the information from the District Educational
Officers concerned and submit the same along with consolidation statement.
The above information should be sent
to THE COMMISSIONER AND DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, AP, HYD in Hard & Soft copies through messenger on or before
30.04.2012 without fail.
