    Before rationalisation in aided schools please regularise unaided teachers with long service.

    Ours is a 50 year old aided school. I worked as unaided teacher for 20 years now I am the HM. Due to ban on teacher appointments in 2004 we still remain unaided teachers. All the aided posts in our school are vacant.
    PLEASE DO JUSTICE TO US
