SPECIFIC ABSORPTION RATE (SAR) of Your Cell Phone denotes the Cell Radiation

According to the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), SAR or specific absorption rate is "a way of measuring the quantity of radio frequency (RF) energy that is absorbed by the body." The SAR level listed in below chart represents the maximum SAR level for the phone.
North American Standard. The SAR limit for mobile phones used by the public is 1.6 watts/kilogram (W/kg) averaged over one gram of body tissue.
European Standard. The SAR limit for mobile phones used by the public is 2.0 watts/kilogram (W/kg) averaged over ten grams of body tissue.
